Hello there and welcome to this blog of wonderful cheese creations.

It started off as a weekend project for the two creators, JC to spend some time in the kitchen and see what they could come up with. And come up they did...presenting...the Amazing Durian Cheesecake!!!

As they sat fat and happy enjoying each tasty morsel of the dessert, they thought to themselves “Hey, this is so tasty I think I could sell this”. Being trained paper-pushers consultants, no project was to go ahead without any trial. So using their hardened cynical colleagues as the ultimate testing-ground for food, they dived into the deep end and did a tasting session. Needless to say the outcome was positive, so positive in fact that people raved about the amazing durian cheesecake and wanted more. Needless to say as well the office started smelling a bit funny but that’s totally unrelated with our story.

With a few orders in hand and confidence boosted, JC set about spreading the love of their amazing durian cheesecake to the world through this blog. After seeing the light (plus the moolah), there was no turning back. So here you are and we hope you enjoy reading our food adventures and journey as budding entrepreneurs, all inspired by a durian cheesecake.
